 All the necessary data of the complete assembly diagram, instruction, test report, certificate, packing list and the referred equipment of the filter press

3、Instruction about installation and debugging

After the arrival of the equipment, our company will arrange the debugging personnel to help to perform the early work of installation according to the requirement of the customers. After completing the installation of the equipment, the debugging personnel will track until the equipment can put into mormal use. And then the personnel will trace for not less than 24 hours until the satisfactory of the customers. All the service above all is free.

4、technical service

Before saling, our company will take the test of material filtering ang filter cloth choosing free, and we will provide the full technique diagram and installation dimension. Also we will design the arrangement of the pipework 、pump package and the filter press. During sailing, we will answer any questions raised by the customers about the bidding equipment. And after sailing, we will instruct installation 、debugging and the training of the operation staff, so as to assure the normal use of the equipment. All the service above all is free.

5、The content of after-sales service

Our company has established the special after-sales service agency and customer archives so as to pay a return visit to the customers. For all the customers who use our company’s production, if there is a quality defect during our company’s maintenance period, after receiving the telephone/fax of requiring service, we will respond quickly without asking any reason. If needing to replace/repair the goods/partings, we will arrive to the equipment site and solve the problems for customers in not more than 3 calendar days. we hope sincerely that all the customers can offer valuable opinions to our company’s service quality. 

6、personnel training

The technical training of the personnel is free of charge. The training includes: the operational principle of the filter press, fabrication and maintenance, electric control discipline, the operation of the equipment .etc.The training mode is generally on-site, that is, during the installation and dubugging period, our company’s after-service personnel will perform a on-site training for the referred customers, so as to make them master the refered opertion and maintenance, use the equipment masterly, and can handle the trouble themselves. Also the operation manual will be provided for the customers. The qualification of the training is according to the signature of the customers.

7、The requiring cooperation of the purchasers

When performing the installation and debugging of the equipment on the site designated by the purchasers, the purchasers should cooperate with us to offer necessary manpower and resources to perform the installation and debugging work and the training work. And after the normal use of the equipment, they should operate according to the equipment operating standards to assure the equipment operate properly and its useful life.
